Because our products are delivered digitally and may be accessed, downloaded, or used immediately after purchase, our refund and return policy is limited as outlined below.

1. Digital Product Sales

All products sold through Dunamis Mindset Academy are digital products. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Downloadable PDFs

  • Online courses
  • Flipbooks
  • Membership content
  • Digital challenges or guided programs

Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, the sale is generally considered final.

2. No Returns on Digital Products

Digital products cannot be physically returned. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once access to the product has been provided or the product has been downloaded.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • You disagree with the personal development, mindset, or motivational content after receiving access.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience any difficulty accessing your digital product, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchase. This may include resending access links, providing download instructions, resetting access, or offering alternative access where possible.

6. Access Links and Passwords

Some digital products may be protected by password access, user-specific links, or limited access permissions.

Customers are responsible for keeping their access details safe and confidential. Sharing passwords, download links, or access credentials is not permitted and may result in access being revoked without refund.

7. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Once verified, we may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
